Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 15 days of delivery, provided that items are in their original condition with all tags and signature packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and fragrance are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Return
Visit the 'Orders' section of your account or use the 'Check Order' link to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form along with the original invoice.
Attach Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the package, ensuring previous labels are covered.
Ship & Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
